The Little Dude Ranch is owned and administered by Ann Sheffield, who holds a Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education and has served on the Education faculty (now retired) of Howard Payne University. She directs a dedicated staff of workers who are selected for their knowledge and understanding of how children learn, and for their ability to express love and to reflect positive character traits as they interact with each child. The staff combines professional teaching skills with warm, loving care.
